I added narration to the conclusion so that the audience could connect with the author's point.

How did the form change (even slightly - details matter!) when you re-edited it? Why do you think the form is presenting the content more effectively in the re-edited version?

I added a faster editing which would help the audience feel more engaged into the matter.

Revised Post to Peer Reviewers

The following is some insight into my fine cut of Project 3.

Audience Question: What are you anticipating the post-production process to be like, based on what you accomplished during the production phase?

I anticipate it to be tough work as always but I am prepared for it.

Author Response
Explain, with some specificity, your thoughts and feelings about the following:
  • This draft is still somewhat rough.
  • The video is poorly paced and a bit out of tune.
  • The fine cut at least has an outline of sorts going for itself.

Peer Review for Bianca Aguilar

The following is a short and sweet review for Bianca Aguilar.

Perform the activity and then write a concise but detailed blog post that includes:
  • Bianca Aguilar, Editorial Report 13b.
  • I made certain recommendations about form to Bianca.
  • I think I helped her establish how well she can use transitions from images to images.
  • I used examples of good form from the Student Guide's Readings.
  • I learned about how smooth her background music blends with her video and is not distracting.

Peer Review for Jason Boley

The following is a review on the work of my dear peer Jason Boley who is always there to help those in need!

Perform the activity and then write a concise but detailed blog post that includes:
  • Jason Boley , "Content Outline".
  • I think I assisted Jason in just adding a tad bit more to his already perfect outline by giving him a suggestion on where his outline could extend from.
  • I used some information on contextualizing information from the Student’s Guide readings to help Jason with his outline.
  • I really admired Jason's craftsmanship with the manner in which he adds details to every single manner of his outline.

Reflection on the Catastrophe that is the final week of Project 3

The following are some of my thoughts on this unusual week that has been staying up late at the library just to finish up this project 3.

Audience Questions

1)What were some of the successes (or, things that went right) during this week’s process work? Explain, with evidence.

Some successes were me being able to rent another Mac book from the Health Sciences Library and being able to use the iMovie program to successfully cut out the video. Also...I turned in the video!

2)What were some of the challenges (or, things that went wrong) during this week’s process work? Explain, with evidence.

Some challenges were figuring out how to edit the video in a manner in which would be informative yet entertaining to the viewer that was a key thing to me. Another thing was being able to find a library which had mac laptops available since they are always unavailable for rent.

3)How do you think next week will go, based on your experiences this week?

Next week sounds pretty exciting since it will be the last project of the semester horrrray! I am looking forward to work on the podcast genre and see how challenging the last project will be.

4)How are you feeling about the project overall at this point?

I feel I could have improved more on the project such as more sound, better explanation of certain things, but I am proud of the style in which I decided to format the video.

Questions

1)How did the content change (even slightly - details matter!) when you re-edited it? Why do you think the content is being communicated more effectively in the re-edited version?

For starters the re-edited version is finally brought to life on video. This definitely helps the audience immerse themselves into the public argument more profusely.

2)How did the form change (even slightly - details matter!) when you re-edited it? Why do you think the form is presenting the content more effectively in the re-edited version?

It changed in that I removed some title cards mentioned above as well as some minor tweaks into the order that the section is put in.
